Earlysville

Timothy “Timmy” Wayne Collier (Spanky), 65, of Earlysville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 9, 2025, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Timmy was born on October 1, 1959, the son of Stella Stanley Collier and the late Wilbert Erman Collier of Ruckersville.

Timmy is survived by his wife, Patricia Lynn Manuel Collier; sons, Thomas, Blake, and Kris; daughter, Shannon; stepson, Austin; sister, Pamela; grandchildren, Timothy, Peyton, Grayson, Westley, Fallon; and niece, Pricella.

Timmy attended William Monroe High School where he played amazing football on the offense and defensive line. After graduating he followed his parents’ footsteps into the auction business, becoming a licensed auctioneer at Willie’s Auction House. He was a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Timmy was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins, and he loved time with his friends and family.

A celebration of Timmy’s life will be held on February 9, 2025, at Willie’s Auction House beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Arrangements are entrusted to Batten Funeral Home of Ruckersville, Virginia.

We have set up an online guestbook at www.battenfuneral.com for those who wish to share their memories of Timmy or express their condolences. Your words will be a source of comfort and strength for the family during this time.
