Sharon Alfreda Milom

Sharon Alfreda Milom, 61, of Ruckersville, VA died on Monday, March 7, 2011 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born on August 1, 1949 in Logan, WV to Joyce Adkins Holloway of Sequim, Washington and the late Alfred Muncy.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Mark Milom of Ruckersville, Matthew Milom and his wife, June of Olathe, Kansas, Michael Milom and his wife, Brenda of Lavergne, TN and Kristin Milom-Sweeney and her husband, Ryan of Sequim, Washington, and her fiancé, Junior Paitsel of Ruckersville.
Additional survivors include her sister, Denise Webb, her brother, Albert Betchie, and was Gran-Gran to McKenzie Shifflett and Mia Alexis Sweeney and numerous extended family and friends.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Lanny Milom.
A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 5 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX 75231 and/or the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Attn: Donor Services PO Box 650309 Dallas, TX 75265-0309.
