Randolph "Moley" Carson Breeden, 85, of Ruckersville, VA went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. He was born November 12, 1932 in Stanardsville, VA. He was the son of the late Leslie Breeden and Fannie Haney Breeden.
On October 4, 1952, he married Faye Lucas Breeden, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by two children, Randolph “Wayne” Breeden (Genieve) of Elkton, Gail Breeden of Stanardsville; 5 grandchildren, Angela Noel, Kelly Forloines, Kenneth Breeden, Dillon Breeden and Andrew Breeden; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
He is also survived by seven sisters-in-law, Jean Breeden, Hilda Breeden, Alberta Morris, Ramona May, Maryann May, Dorothy Smith and Lottie Secrist; many special nieces, nephews and a special cousin, James Haney and his wife, Janice.
In addition to his wife and parents, Randolph was preceded in death by a son, Charles “David” Breeden; and two brothers, James (Gippy) Breeden and Edward (Wack) Breeden.
In his earlier years, he worked at Virginia Metal Products and later retired from Rigid Products as a painter after over 40 years of service. He was a dedicated member of Covenant Church of God.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Holly Memorial Gardens with Pastor Harold Bare and Danny Bare officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, October 5, 2018 at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.
