Patsy Morris, 66, of Stanardsville, VA departed this life on Friday, October 19, 2018.
She was born April 20, 1952 in Charlottesville, VA, daughter of the late Raymond R. Conley and Nealie Shifflett Conley.
Patsy is survived by her loving husband, James E. Morris; one sister and her husband, Hattie Mary and John Shifflett all of Stanardsville, VA; Cousins, who were more like sisters, Suesie Eppard of Stanardsville, VA and Janet Perry of Bristol, VA; her grand-dog, “George”; and many other loving family members and friends too numerous to mention.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her son, Roy Keith Conley; and a sister, Lenora Conley; and a brother, Roy Lee Conley.
Patsy was employed by Crouse-Hinds for many years and was a mail carrier with the United States Postal Service. She also served on the Greene County Board of Supervisors.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Monday, October 22, 2018 at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Ryan Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Lawson officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
