Natalie F. Slaughter

Natalie F. Slaughter, 88, of Alexandria, Virginia passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019.

She was born August 31, 1930, daughter of the late James William Slaughter and Frances Gilbert Slaughter.

Natalie is survived by her sister, Duane Maughan; niece, Kim Gentry; nephew, Greg Lamb; great nieces, Teresa Crowell and Lisa Orchard; four great-great nieces; one great-great nephew; and brother-in-law, J.T. Knight, Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia “Patsy” S. Knight; and brother-in-law, Ralph “Moe” Maughan.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Natalie’s caregivers, Mary at ManorCare and Ursula with the medical team for all of their dedication and care.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Stanardsville Cemetery.
