Michael Hayes, 64, of Dyke, VA died on Monday, July 4, 2011 at his residence. He was born on June 27, 1947 in Washington, D.C. to Stanley and Carrie Feagans Hayes of Stanardsville.
Mr. Hayes was a member of the United States Army and served our country during the Vietnam and Korean Wars.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 26 years, Judith Lescher Hayes, his sister, Debra Pruett, his brother, James Hayes, his half brother, Steve Feagans and his mother and father-in-law, Eugene and Alma “Pat” Lescher.
A private service will be held at a later date.
