Matthew Stephen Bresnahan
Matthew Stephen Bresnahan, 29, of Ruckersville, VA died on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at his residence. He was born on May 8, 1983 in Fayetteville, NC to Timothy Stephen and Melinda Robin Prochazka Bresnahan of Ruckersville.
Matthew is a 2001 graduate of William Monroe High School and served our country in the United States Air Force. He was an outdoorsman who loved nature, fishing and four wheeling but was also a very talented, intelligent computer technician and gamer. Most of all Matthew was devoted to his family and children. He will always be remembered as being a loving father, son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, Ethan Matthew Bresnahan and Austin Stephen Bresnahan, and two siblings, Jason Michael Bresnahan and Jenna Leigh Bresnahan.
Additional survivors include his grandparents, Tom and Sallie Bresnahan, Gordon and Bonnie Prochazka, Bud Pascarella and Dottie Prochazka, nephews, Christopher Stephen, Joshua Michael and Sean Nicholas, was like a father to , Alex Rogers, Dymond Boone, Deshawn Boone and Peanut Boone, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family, friends and special friend, Diana and her family.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 4 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968 with Rev. Mark Holder officiating.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
