Linda Mary Bowen, 80, of Ruckersville, VA passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017. She was born on September 27, 1936 in Stanardsville, VA to the late Thurman and Myrtle Snow.
Linda is survived by her husband of 59 years, Harry Lawrence Bowen; stepson, Samuel Bowen and his wife, Yang; nephew, William Kevin Dowell and his wife, Stephanie; niece, Tammy Leigh Dowell; step brother, Art Baugher and his wife, Margaret; stepsister, Esther Rose; sister-in-law, Joyce Baugher; special great nieces, Meghan Rowland, Brianna Dowell and Mikayla Dowell; and her beloved dog, “Peanut”.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Sylvia Dowell; stepmother, Pansy Snow and stepbrother, Wayne Baugher.
