Lewis Franklin Buttner
Lewis Franklin Buttner, 76, of Stanardsville, VA died on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at his residence. He was born on June 5, 1936 in Charlottesville, VA to the late Ernest F. and Lucy P. Buttner.
Mr. Buttner is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lucille Vest Buttner and four daughters, Wanda G. Byerly and her husband, George of North Pole, AK, Ivy B. Gray and her husband, Kirt of Charlottesville, Diana Renee Fields of Faber, VA and Alice B. Fisher and her husband, Clifford of Crozet, VA.
Additional survivors include two sisters, Dolly and Rosalie, two brothers, Billy and Terry, two granddaughters, three grandsons and five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a granddaughter; one brother; and two sisters.
Services will be private.
