Joseph Allen Wolkey

Joseph Allen Wolkey, 87, of Ruckersville, VA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at his residence. He was born on September 23, 1930 in Glascoe, MO to the late Ben and Ira Wolkey.
Mr. Wolkey was a gentle, kind, hardworking man that had a talent for carpentry and working with his hands. Later in life he became a member of the Free Masons Order of the Eastern Star Organization.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Wolkey.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Wendalene Whited, Linda Lorch, Larry Taylor, Margie Thompson, Frances Depew, Anthony Taylor, Dwight Taylor, Frank Taylor, Jerry Taylor and Denny Taylor.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens with Pastor Wendell Lamb officiating.
