Jonathan Lee Lamb

Jonathan Lee Lamb, born February 24, 1989, departed this earthly life on January 3, 2025, to be with his Heavenly Father. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin J. Lamb; grandmother, Patricia Lamb; and grandfather, Frank Gibson. 

He is survived by his parents, Ella and Nelson Gibson; his brother, Nelson Gibson; grandmother, Gloria Gibson; aunts, Denise Thomas (Mark), Juanita Morris (Earl), Bonnie Dunivan, Patsy Lam (Roger); uncles, Carlton Huff (Patricia), Gene Gibson, Dale Gibson; and many other family members including cousins that adored him.

Jonathan enjoyed and loved going to church. He was a member of Lydia Pentecostal Church and Middle River Pentecostal Church with Pastor Joseph Lam and his wife, Sarah Lam. He loved spending time with his family, going to Goodwil,l and collecting Hot Wheels. He was a happy and loving person who never met a stranger. Jonathan will be dearly missed by all who knew him. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 6 to 8pm at Batten Funeral Home in Ruckersville, Va. A funeral service will be held Friday, January 10, 2025, at 11 am at Batten Funeral Home, with a graveside service following at the Middle River Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Stanardsville, Va., with Pastor Eddie Godby officiating.
