Jessica Elaine Faulkner

Jessica Elaine Faulkner, 38, of Ruckersville, VA went home to be with the Lord on October 2, 2022 at her residence.

Jessica was born in Charlottesville, VA on December 1, 1983 at University of Virginia Hospital to Sandra Faulkner Penn and Melvin Windell Frye of Ruckersville, VA.

Jessica was a member of Emanuel Christian Center of Ruckersville, VA. She graduated and worked at William Monroe High School as a teacher’s assistant. She also worked as a dietary aid at Rosewood Village Assistant and Living Care Hollymead until her health failed.

Jessica was loved, and cared for all she knew. She would take in anybody in need.

She is preceded in death by her niece Kaniyia Faulkner.

Jessica is survived by her daughter, JayCana faulkner; her parents, Sandra Penn and Melvin Frye of Ruckersville, VA; her loving sisters Laprica faulkner (Larry Smith), Keyandra and Kanara of Ruckersville,  Carlotta Johnson of Orange County (2children); Anyone Frye (3 children), Kevin Jackson (4children), Corey Jackson (1daughter) of Ruckersville Megan Colvin (3 children) of Orange County and a host of aunties and uncles, cousins and friends. She had a very special bond with two children Jystin and Justice Bryant.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Ryan Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Emanuel Christian Center with Pastor Michael Jackson officiating.
