Jean Deloris Shifflett

Jean Deloris Shifflett, 82, of Ruckersville, Virginia went home to be with her Lord and loving husband on Monday, January 16, 2017 at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Jean was born October 8, 1934 in North Codorus, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late William Bollinger and Pauline Fissell Bollinger.
Jean is survived by four sons, Wayne Fitzkee, Jeff Fitzkee, Gary Shifflett and Roy Shifflett; six daughters, Connie Calderon, Diana Peters, Faye Mathyas, Crystal Morris, Brenda Shifflett and Sandra Shifflett; five sisters, Betty Crews, Joyce Hershey, Patricia Stombaugh, Shirley Bollinger and Sandra Bollinger; numerous grandchildren; special grandchildren, R.B. Moon and Kristin Potter; great grandchildren, who she helped to raise, Joshua and Cynthia; and many other family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene J. Shifflett; daughter, Cynthia Fitzkee; brother, Donald Bollinger.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, Virginia.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 20, 2017 at Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. Wendell Lamb officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
