Harold Edward Brown

Harold Edward Brown, Sr., 68, of Ruckersville, Virginia passed away December 14, 2022. He was born in Charlottesville, Virginia on January 8, 1954 to the late William Henry Brown and Lorraine Brown (Collier).

Harold is survived by his eight siblings, William H. Brown, Jr., Dorothy McCauley, Susan Lamb, Bonnie Porcaro, Wanda Brown, David Brown, James Brown, and Pauline Brown; four children, Sharon Fox (Kenneth), Harold Brown, Jr., Ashley Brown (Will), and Katherine Brown; as well as seven grandchildren, Joshua Brown, Matthew Lively, Samantha Lively, Heather Lively, Asereht Whipple, Vincent Whipple, and Lilith Whipple; and special friends Michael Garrison and Junior Shifflett.

Harold enjoyed his years as a greeter at Walmart serving the community of Ruckersville. He also thoroughly enjoyed fishing with his children and spending time outside.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, January 19. A graveside service will be held Friday, January 20 at Holly Memorial Gardens.
