Gordon Junior Morris, 72, of Dyke, VA died on Friday, March 8, 2013 at his residence. He was born on January 25, 1941 in Albemarle, VA to the late Samuel and Mary Jane Morris.
He is survived by his siblings, John Morris, Roseleen Fisher, Donna Morris and special niece and nephew, Mary Fisher and fiancé Dave Courier and Frank Morris and family.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Elbert Morris, Stephen Morris, Linda Morris, Lois Meadows, Doris May and Lennice Shifflett.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. C.C. Kurtz officiating.
Interment will follow in Wyatt’s Mountain Cemetery.
