A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Emmanuel Episcopal Church with Rev. Fr. Philip Morgan officiating.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the Culpeper Rescue Squad for their care and compassion shown to Frank and his family.
