Donald Ray Coffey, Sr.

Donald Ray Coffey Sr., 71, of Ruckersville, passed away on Sunday, April 5,2015 at his residence. He was born on August, 24, 1943 in Front Royal, VA to the late Herman and Lola Coffey.
Mr. Coffey served our country in the United States Army as a Vietnam Veteran. He was a family man who loved his home and being a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Linda Coffey; two children Donald Ray Coffey, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Manassas and Terrie Lynn Lauro and her husband Salvatore of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Morgan, Taylor, Cassidy, Katelyn, Kylee and Shane; and his cherished dogs Lulu, Bailey and Benny.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers James, Warren and Thomas Coffey.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 12:00pm at Culpeper National Cemetery (new), with military honors being provided.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his name to Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 14301 Cincinnati, Ohio 45250-0301.
