Dawn Denise “Dee Dee” Ownby, 47, of Roanoke, Virginia passed away September 10, 2018.
Dee Dee was born December 16, 1970 in Charlottesville, Virginia, daughter of JoAnn Brown Parr and the late Thomas Newton Parr.
She is survived by her mother, JoAnn Parr; daughter, Tiffany Ann Patterson; son, Andrew John Hernandez; siblings, Charles Rodney Riddle, Jeffrey Norman Riddle, Bonnie Sue Riddle-Croes, Deborah “Debbie” Hawley and Thomas Newton Parr, Jr.; grandchildren, Elizabeth Dawn Patterson and Stephen Lee Patterson.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 2 p.m. at 3589 Middle River Road, Stanardsville, VA 22973. Everyone is welcome to bring a covered dish of their choosing to celebrate the life, love and memories of Dawn. We look forward to seeing you all there.
