David Lee Williams

David Lee Williams, born on January 26, 1957, and passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the age of 67, in Stanardsville, Virginia. He was the son of the late Haywood Williams and Gertie Morris Williams. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Williams, and his sister, Nellie Hoffman.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 49 years, Virginia Faye Williams; his daughter, Bridgett Morris (Chris); his son, Norman Morris (Karen); four grandchildren, Brian Dickerson (Kaylee), Brystal Dickerson (Jake), Phoenix Dickerson, and Charlie Morris; one great-grandchild, Reagan; four brothers, Tommy Morris, Ronnie Williams (Debbie), Dale Williams (Glenda), and Woodie Williams; and his special pet, Candy, who he loved very much. 

Per David’s request, there will be no services. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in David’s honor to Medi Hospice by mail to 941 Glenwood Station, Suite 303, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22901.

Arrangements are entrusted to Batten Funeral Home of Ruckersville, Virginia.
