DARYOUSH MOTAMENI
Daryoush Motameni of Charlottesville Virginia Died on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab. He was born on January 31, 1947 in Meshad, Iran, to Abolhassan Motameni and Afaugh Motameni.
Daryoush was in a car accident on August 4, 1994 in Scottsville Va that left him with frontal lobe brain damage requiring nursing home care. Prior to the accident Daryoush was a loving husband and father. He was a avid antiquer and had a antique shop on Valley St. in Scottsville, Va. and was sought after for his knowledge from antiques to junktiques and was always ready to make a deal. Daryoush had a great sense of humor and an eye for a bargain.
He is survived by his mother, Afaugh Motameni, wife Carolyn Kuper Motameni, two sons Daryoush “Shane” Motameni and Mehron “Derrick” Motameni, Three step-children, Lauren Chambers and her husband Jason, William “Bill” Rines and his wife Roxy, Bonnie Rines and Jim Ernst, one brother Korosh Motameni, three sisters, Semifaugh Motameni Malaekeh and her husband Jamshid, Touran Motameni and Shahin Motameni, and many other friends and relatives that will all miss him dearly.
The family will receive friends at Ryan Funeral Home at 10:00 am Friday, December 27, 2013 with the internment at Ruckersville Cemetery at 11:00.
