Bruce Allen Shifflett

Bruce Allen Shifflett, 56, of Ruckersville, Virginia passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.

Bruce was born December 12, 1964 in Charlottesville, VA, the son of Roy Edward Shifflett and the late Rebecca Moubry Shifflett.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife, Susan Kitchen Shifflett; daughter Leah Shifflett Wimmer (Kris) all of Ruckersville, VA; father, Roy Edward Shifflett; brother, Wayne Shifflett (Gay) all of Charlottesville; nieces, Meagan Agee (Sam) of Palmyra; Tiffany Brookins, and Tonya Shifflett, of Charlottesville, VA; nephew, David Allen Kitchen III; brother-in-law David Allen Kitchen Jr. all of Summerhill, PA; great-nephews, Damion Parham, Adrian Brookins, and Quentin Agee; great-niece, Kelaja Agee; and many special friends and family.

Bruce was employed with Capital Tristate Lighting and Supply where he worked for 30+ years.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 P.M. Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Ryan Funeral home, 12819 Spotswood Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M, Monday, October 25, 2021 at Ryan Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
