Anthony Edward Battaglia, Jr.

Anthony Edward Battaglia, Jr., age 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. He was born December 10, 1962, in Evanston, IL, to Roberta and Anthony Battaglia. He was a 1981 graduate of Antioch High School in Antioch, IL.

He married Lori Bridges in June 1995 in Townsend, TN. He lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, fishing on the river, driving through the mountains, always on the lookout for a new fishing spot. His favorite spot to go to was Lake Arrowhead in Luray, VA, close to where he lived. He was always authentically himself and true to who he was.

He is survived by his wife, Lori; two brothers, Richard and David Battaglia; niece Brea Battaglia; nephews Vince, Nicholas, and Nathan Battaglia; and many other cousins and good friends.

Family, friends, and others whose lives he touched are invited to Lake Arrowhead Park and Recreation Area, 265 Lake Arrowhead Rd, Luray, VA 22835, at 2 PM on May 3rd, 2025, for a celebration of life memorial service.
